Many people think that living a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle is weird, expensive and crazy among other things. This webpage is dedicated to showing people eating a certain way isn't all that scary and weird. Yes, there are people who take veganism very far but that's just a choice. This website offers different kinds of information and resources for individuals that want more information on what a vegetable based diet is about.
For starters, there are several differnet options to what you can include and exclude in your diet and it all depends on your body and honestly how adventorous you are. Here is a run down of the differnet ways of eating.
- Vegetarian - No meat, fish or poultry
- Vegan - No animal products
These definitions mean things to different people. For example some vegans take therir lifestyle to a whole new level, by not using any animal prodcuts whatsoever including clothes and household products. These "titles" don't mean you have to stick to exactly what they mean, you can always modify any of these to your liking. The title is not the important part. It's about eating what you want, what makes you feel the best and what's easiest for your lifestlye. For example there are people that may include fish in their diet and technically they would not be considered text book "vegetarian."
